Working with Interlace.
We are a remote U.S.-based team of marketing specialists. We provide brands with a flexible option for monthly social media and paid media management.
The answer to this question is solely based on your core objectives. We are experts when it comes to posting consistently, audience growth, improving engagement, and increasing the ROI of your ad campaigns.

When we execute these strategies properly you’ll typically see:

You’ll be assigned a dedicated social media specialist to manage your monthly content calendar and community management. We’ll schedule your posts, answer comments/DMs, and provide monthly reports to show you which content is performing the best.
Our brands typically post 10-20 times per month and run ads on at least one major platform.
We’re also a Sprout Social Agency Partner. You get access to a bunch of great tools that help us manage your profiles successfully.
Our performance marketing team will manage your ad campaigns from top to bottom. This includes technical setup, launching new campaigns, weekly campaign optimization, designing ad creative, website tracking, attribution, and monthly analytics.
We’ll develop a custom paid media strategy to help you allocate your ad spend across major ad platforms:

- Snapchat Ads
Our GROW plan includes ad management on (1) major platform. Our PERFORM plan includes ad management across several platforms with an omnichannel strategy.
Creative support is a key component of our monthly service for your brand. All of our clients can submit an unlimited number of creative requests. If you have a post or campaign in mind, we’ll design assets and send them to you for review. Some examples include:

- Event promotion
- Company announcements
- Team member highlights
- PR/Media feature
- New promotional offer
At the beginning of each month, we will ask you what you’d like to highlight in your content for that month. Once we agree on the themes for the month, we will create assets for each social platform. You have the ability to revise the designs as needed. We don’t stop until we get it right for you!
Custom analytics and insights will be delivered to your inbox every single month. All clients have access to Sprout Social PDF Reports that highlight your social media activity from the past 30 days and show you which posts performed the best.
For our GROW & PERFORM plans, you will receive access to your own LIVE Analytics Dashboard powered by Supermetrics & Google Data Studio. This dashboard updates in real-time and shows you all of the important stats from your social media and paid media campaigns. Your dashboard is customized for the ad platforms you are focused on. We can also decide together which metrics are most important to feature.
With all reporting, our team is here to talk through the data with you and share powerful insights. Together we can learn and make smarter marketing decisions!
Managing Your Account.
Simply click on the link corresponding to the plan you are interested in. From there, you will be prompted to schedule a quick call with our team. We’ll answer your questions and get you set up for onboarding if it seems like a good fit!
The first 2-3 weeks of service that you receive will be our onboarding phase. During this period, we will conduct team calls with you in order to gain a strong understanding of your brand. Our goal is to understand the core competencies of your business, who your ideal customers are, and the key message(s) that you want to deliver to that target audience.
During this phase we will complete the following tasks:
- Conduct internal discovery meetings
- Develop your content performance strategy
- Design content concepts for social media
- Establish your paid media budget & breakdown
At the beginning of each month, you’ll receive an online invoice for your selected plan. This payment covers your services for the month ahead.
Your first month covers onboarding. From there, we move into our silky smooth monthly management to keep your content and campaigns on point.
That’s it. Painless right?
We recommend a 3-month minimum commitment when you work with Interlace. 90-Days is the time we need to show you our value and prove the power of our work. This also gives us ample time to learn about your company and make sure we are achieving the goals that you’ve established with us.
Not happy after the first 90-days? Cancel anytime. Just let us know the month prior that you would like to terminate your service with Interlace. We’ll finish out the month and you will not receive another invoice again.
